Privacy Policy

Advertwize, operated by YAKIMELEMPIRE LLC. Effective: October 20, 2026. Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Who We Are#

Advertwize is operated by YAKIMELEMPIRE LLC, a New York limited liability company located in Garnerville, New York ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, application and related services (the "Service").

Privacy contact: admin@yakimelempire.com. Security and support contact: support_center@yakimelempire.com. Mailing location: Garnerville, NY.

We decide how personal information is processed for accounts, security and operation of the Service. When a business customer uses the Service for its own workspace, that customer decides what content to put in it.

2. Information We Collect#

Account information: your email address, name if you provide it, a profile photo if you add one, authentication data managed by our authentication provider, and your settings. We do not store your password; it is handled by our authentication provider.

Workspace and brand information: business name, industry, website, country, language, logos, brand guidelines, audience descriptions, and the members of your workspace and their roles.

Content and AI interactions: the text you type, prompts, chat messages, files and images you upload, drafts, captions, hashtags, generated images and other output, edits, versions, approvals, schedules, and activity history about those items.

Usage and credits: records of AI features you use and the credits consumed.

Purchases: when a workspace Owner buys credits, we keep a purchase record with the credit pack, the number of credits, the amount, the currency, the time, and Stripe's identifiers for the checkout and the payment. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's page and are never received or stored by us.

Connected platforms: when you choose to connect a social media account (for example Instagram, Facebook Pages or Threads), we may receive account identifiers, profile information, the permissions you grant, authorization tokens, records of what we publish for you, and permitted performance information. We access messages or comments only if you enable a feature that needs them and grant the permission. We do not ask for your social media password.

Technical information: our hosting and database providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type and timestamps in the ordinary course of running a web service. Our application does not store IP addresses or browser details in your account records.

Communications: if you contact us, the information you send us. The only emails the Service sends today are account confirmation and security emails from our authentication provider.

3. How We Collect Information#

We collect information directly from you, from members of your workspace, from platforms you choose to connect, and automatically through the operation of the Service.

4. How We Use Information#

We use information to create and administer your account, authenticate you, enforce workspace permissions, generate and store content and media, apply your brand settings, schedule and publish content you approve, provide approval workflows, track credits, respond to support requests, detect abuse, secure and troubleshoot the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. We do not use your content for advertising.

5. AI Processing#

When you use AI features, the information needed for your request is sent to our AI provider, currently OpenAI. This can include the text you enter, your brand kit details, your most recent saved example posts, prompts, and images or masks you upload for editing. Attached images are analyzed by AI only when that feature is enabled for the Service. Please do not submit information that you do not want processed this way.

OpenAI processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy, including its own rules on retention and abuse monitoring. We do not ourselves use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it. We will tell you in this Policy before we ever use customer content to train models.

AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish it.

6. Connected Social Accounts#

We access connected accounts only within the permissions you grant and the features you enable, for example to prepare, schedule and publish content you approve, and to show you information about your own posts.

Information we receive from a connected platform is used only to provide the features you requested. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You can disconnect an account at any time in the Service. When you disconnect, we stop accessing it and delete the stored access credentials. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on that platform, which are governed by that platform's own policies. You can also remove our access from within the platform's own settings (for Facebook and Instagram: Settings, then Apps and Websites).

7. How We Share Information#

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Service providers acting for us: our database, authentication and file storage provider (Supabase), our AI provider (OpenAI), and our hosting provider once selected. Payments for credit packs are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, as described below, and we do not store card numbers.
  • Connected platforms, when you instruct us to publish or retrieve information.
  • Members of your workspace, according to the roles and permissions you set.
  • Professional advisers, and authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required.

Payments through Stripe: a workspace Owner can buy credits as one-time packs. We use Stripe, a third-party payment company, to take these payments. When you choose a pack you are sent to a payment page hosted by Stripe, where you enter your payment details and any contact details Stripe asks for. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Buying credits may not yet be available to every user.

What we send to Stripe: the credit pack you chose, an internal reference number for your workspace (which Stripe returns to us so that we credit the right workspace) and the addresses Stripe should send you back to after payment. We do not send your name or email address to Stripe. Stripe also collects information directly from you and your browser, such as payment details, contact details, IP address and device information, under its own privacy policy.

What Stripe sends back to us: confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount and currency, and Stripe's identifiers for the checkout session and the payment. Stripe's notices to us may also contain details you entered on its page, such as an email address; our systems do not store or log them.

What we keep about a purchase: the workspace it was credited to, the credit pack, the number of credits, the amount, the currency, the time, and Stripe's checkout session and payment identifiers. We keep no card details and we do not store the payer's name, email address or billing address.

Why we use it: to add the credits you bought to your workspace, to show the workspace Owner a purchase history in Settings, to make sure the same payment is never credited twice, and to handle refunds, mistaken or duplicate charges, disputes and fraud.

Stripe's role: Stripe is an independent company that processes and controls the payment data it collects, under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy. We do not control how Stripe uses that data.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies#

We use only the browser storage necessary to run the Service:

  • A sign-in session cookie set by our authentication provider.
  • A cookie remembering your active workspace and a cookie remembering your active brand (up to one year).
  • Local browser storage for a temporary unsaved-draft copy of the post you are editing (deleted after 7 days or when you sign out) and for your preview preference.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Because we do not use them, we do not show a cookie banner. If you block necessary cookies, you may be unable to sign in. If we begin using optional technologies, we will update this Policy and offer choices where required, including honoring opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

9. Data Retention#

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for the purposes above.

  • Deleting content or assets: items you delete are removed from the Service. Items in the Trash remain until you delete them permanently.
  • Profile photo: when you remove or replace your photo, the old file is deleted. Deleting your account deletes your photo.
  • Deleting your account: you can delete your account in Settings, under Privacy. This starts immediate deletion of your account data and workspace data when you are the only member of the workspace, including your files, your profile photo and stored connection credentials. Shared workspaces are not deleted automatically; we will tell you what must be handled first.
  • Deletion requests by email: we complete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
  • Purchase records: the purchase history of a workspace (credit pack, credits, amount, currency, time and Stripe identifiers) is kept while the workspace exists and is deleted when the workspace is deleted. Stripe keeps its own payment records for as long as its privacy policy and the law require, and we cannot delete them for you.
  • Security and abuse records may be kept as needed to protect the Service and for legal claims.
  • Backups: deleted information may remain in our providers' backups until they expire under the providers' own schedules.

Legal obligations, fraud prevention or pending claims may delay deletion, and retained information is used only for those purposes.

10. Your Choices and Rights#

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising (we do neither), to appeal a decision on your request, and to complain to a privacy authority.

To make a request, email admin@yakimelempire.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. For information held in a workspace controlled by a business customer, we may refer your request to that business.

11. Deleting Your Data#

You can delete your account in Settings, under Privacy, or email admin@yakimelempire.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete my data". Do not send passwords or tokens. Instructions are also published on our Data Deletion page at /data-deletion on our website.

To remove access you gave through Facebook, Instagram or Threads, you can also remove Advertwize in that platform's settings.

Your workspace's purchase history is deleted with the workspace. Deleting a workspace also deletes its remaining credits, which cannot be restored. Payment records held by Stripe are not deleted by us; to ask Stripe about them, contact Stripe under its privacy policy.

12. International Processing#

We are based in the United States, and the Service is currently offered to users in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. If we offer the Service in places that restrict international transfers, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism and tell you here.

13. Users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland#

The Service is not currently offered to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If that changes, we will update this Policy with the legal bases for processing, transfer safeguards and the contact details required for those regions.

14. Security#

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and risks, including access controls and encrypted connections. No service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access to support_center@yakimelempire.com. We provide legally required notices about qualifying security incidents.

15. Children#

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older when you create an account. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact admin@yakimelempire.com and we will act appropriately.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services#

Links and integrations may lead to services run by other organizations. Their own notices govern their independent information practices.

17. Changes to This Policy#

We may update this Policy as the Service changes. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and give additional notice or obtain consent where the law requires.
