Data deletion instructions

There are two ways:

1. In the app. Go to Settings, Privacy, choose Delete my account, enter your password and type DELETE. Your account and, for every workspace where you are the only member, all its data and files are deleted straight away. If you share a workspace with other people and own content there, ownership must be transferred first (or write to us, option 2).
2. By email. Write to admin@yakimelempire.com from the email address of your account, with the subject Delete my data.

1. In your Facebook account, go to Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Advertwize and remove it.
2. Also disconnect the account in Advertwize under Social Accounts.

• Your account profile
• Your Brand Kit
• Your content (posts, captions, versions and activity)
• Your media and generated assets
• Stored social account access tokens
• The purchase history of a workspace that is deleted (credit packs bought: pack, credits, amount, currency, time and Stripe identifiers) and the credits it still holds. Credits in a deleted workspace cannot be restored.

Purchase history belongs to the workspace. If you share a workspace with other people it stays until the workspace itself is deleted. We do not keep a separate copy of purchase records after a workspace is deleted.

We may keep the following for legal, billing or security reasons, for the legal minimum period only:

• Payment records held by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe keeps them under its own privacy policy and legal obligations, and we cannot delete them for you. Card details are only ever entered on Stripe's page: we never receive or store them.
• Security and abuse logs

Deleting in the app happens immediately. For requests sent by email, we will complete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
